WARRINGTON

Warrington, FL is a nice neighborhood to live in if you are looking for an affordable place. The average rent prices here are currently lower than 87.6% of all neighborhoods across the United States! If that’s not enough reason why this would be your ideal location then let me also tell you about its amenities and other features it has to offer as well.

Warrington is a suburban neighborhood (based on population density) located in Pensacola, Florida. This is a coastal neighborhood (i.e., is on the ocean, a bay, or inlet).

In the Warrington neighborhood, there is a mixture of residents including owners and renters. Most residences are single-family homes or small apartment buildings with three to four bedrooms each. The majority of houses were built between 1940 and 1969 when construction was at its peak in this area.

Most residential real estate consists of medium sized (three or four bedroom) to small (studio to two bedroom) single-family homes as well as smaller apartments that house anywhere from one person up until about six people total depending on how many rooms they have available for renting out. Many properties also consist primarily of older housing stock such as prewar wood frame bungalows which all types may include owner occupants whereas newer dwellings tend towards rentals rather. A number of residences were also built between 1970 and 1999.

According to Neighborhood Scout, the Warrington neighborhood has an average income that is far below most other neighborhoods in America. With nearly one out of every four children living here being poor and 23% more than actually should be expected given their circumstances, this neighborhood scores above 68% for childhood poverty.
